Diagnosed the problem for our A/C. My husband accompanied him as he is a retired handyman of many trades. We agreed with the tech, the condenser was fried (shorted out). The tech suggested contacting the warranty company to see if they would go with a new unit instead of just a new condenser. During this time, he was writing his notes; he read back to us what he was sending to the warranty company. The tech answered all our questions with knowledgeable answers. Now, Unfortunately, now we wait --in the heated, un-air conditioned house-for the warranty company to respond.
I guess I will contact several Havoc companies for quotes on A/C units.

Requested 3 companies to come by and give me an estimate. The first 2 where very pushy and high on price. Called CW Mechanical and not Only was the tech very nice but so was the phone rep. They gave me multiple options at very reasonable prices. On Top A FREE NEST TSTAT!!! Thank you for the great experience. Also the schedule the install for the same day.
